SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our Gift Cards are personal, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and for a single use.
They are valid for 12 months and allow you to make your reservation according to the availability of the establishment.
The gift cards are in the form of an e-mail. In order to benefit from them, the reservation must be made directly with the hotel reception, by email or by phone. You will be asked to show proof of identity, the gift card and its unique code on site.
All our Sookie products are available by Click & Collect at the establishment, or by delivery in France and in the European Union, delivery charges will be applied depending on the country of delivery.
The order of Sookie products can be cancelled before shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, it is necessary to do so before receiving the email confirming shipment.
In case your order arrives damaged, please send us a proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
Coffee Shop Experiences:
All our experiences are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
In case of exchange, please contact the hotel reception;
A surcharge will be applied if the offer chosen is for an amount greater than the Experience purchased.
We do not issue refunds if the chosen experience has a lower value than the purchased experience.
Experiences are personal, and you will be asked for identification and a confirmation number on site.
